Where the fees go, who can touch them, and what private means here.

§1

Overview

Stealthpad is a launchpad on Robinhood Chain. Every coin launched through it gets its own StealthVault, a contract with no owner that receives the coin's creator tax on every trade. Rounds turn that tax into USDG and split it by a rule written into the vault: 92% to the coin's holders, 3% to whoever ran the round, 5% to the protocol.

Holders claim their share whenever they like, and choose where it lands: USDG to the same wallet, Zcash to a shielded address, or private dollars on Aleo. The last two are delivered by NEAR Intents solvers.

  • The vault has no keys: no owner, no withdraw function, no upgrade path, no pause.
  • Rounds never wait for us: any wallet can run one and takes 3% of it.
  • The snapshot is an average over 12 random past blocks, so timing a single block does not pay.
  • $STEALTH, the pad's own coin, runs under the same rule as every other coin.

§2

How it works

  1. 01

    A launcher creates a coin

Name, ticker, image and links, plus a creator tax of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5%. The tax is fixed for the life of the coin.

  2. 02

    The factory deploys the vault

In the same transaction the StealthFactory deploys the coin's StealthVault and launches the coin on Pons V2 with the vault as its creator fee recipient.

  3. 03

    Every trade pays the tax

Each buy and each sell pays the creator tax in ETH. The Pons fee escrow credits it to the vault.

  4. 04

    Anyone runs a round

Once the vault holds at least 0.02 ETH and an hour has passed since the last round, any wallet can call runRound(). The vault swaps ETH to USDG and splits it 92 / 3 / 5.

  5. 05

    The attester posts a root

The round's own block hash seeds a snapshot of 12 past blocks. The attester posts a signed Merkle root and publishes every leaf.

  6. 06

    Holders claim

One cumulative claim covers every round so far, paid to the holder's wallet or to the deposit address of a route quote the holder requested.

§3

The StealthVault

One vault per coin. It is deployed by the factory at launch and cannot be changed afterwards by anyone, including the team.

It can

  • Pull the creator fees the Pons fee escrow credited to it
  • Swap ETH to USDG on Robinhood Chain with a minimum-out guard
  • Pay the round caller's tip and the two protocol addresses fixed at deployment
  • Pay holder claims that match a posted Merkle root

It cannot

  • Be upgraded, paused or migrated, by anyone
  • Change its 92 / 3 / 5 split after deployment
  • Change the coin's creator tax after launch
  • Send funds anywhere except a valid claim, the tip or the two protocol addresses
  • Pay out more in total than the round it pays from
HOLDERS
9200 bps (92%)
CALLER
300 bps (3%)
STEALTH
250 bps (2.5%) to the $STEALTH vault
TREASURY
250 bps (2.5%)
MIN_ROUND
0.02 ETH
COOLDOWN
3600 seconds

If the attester goes quiet, the money stays in the vault. Nothing is lost, and rounds resume when a root is posted. Phase 2 adds a backup attester set.

§4

Creator tax and the split

The creator tax is the only money that enters the system. The launcher picks it once, from 1% to 5% of every buy and sell, and it can never change. All of it goes to the coin's vault first; each round then splits it:

  • 92%Holders of the coin, by time-weighted balance
  • 3%The wallet that ran the round (the tip)
  • 2.5%The $STEALTH vault, shared by $STEALTH holders
  • 2.5%The treasury

There is no launcher share. A launcher is paid only as a holder of their own coin, under the same rule as everyone else, and there is no launch fee beyond the Pons V2 launch fee and the network fee.

§5

Rounds

  1. 01

    Ready

The vault's balance plus fees waiting in escrow is at least 0.02 ETH, and at least one hour has passed since the last round.

  2. 02

    Pull

The vault pulls the creator fees the Pons fee escrow holds for it.

  3. 03

    Swap

ETH is swapped to USDG on Robinhood Chain, with a minimum-out taken from a time-weighted price and a cap on how much one round may swap.

  4. 04

    Split

The caller receives 3% in the same transaction; 2.5% goes to the $STEALTH vault and 2.5% to the treasury. 92% is recorded as the round's holder amount.

  5. 05

    Record

The round is recorded with its id, its block and its holder amount, and a RoundRun event is emitted.

The tip is a share of the round, so an empty round pays nothing, and a round below 0.02 ETH cannot run at all.

§6

The snapshot

  1. 01

    Seed

The hash of the block the round ran in.

  2. 02

    Window

Every block since the previous round.

  3. 03

    Sample

Twelve blocks drawn from the window with the seed. The window is already in the past, so nobody could know in advance which blocks would count.

  4. 04

    Weight

A holder's weight is their average balance across the 12 sampled blocks.

  5. 05

    Eligibility

An average of at least 100,000 tokens (0.01% of supply). Smaller balances roll into the next round.

  6. 06

    Exclusions

The bonding curve, the pool, the vault, the factory and burn addresses.

Buying one block before a round and selling one block after gets almost nothing: the purchase appears in few or none of the 12 sampled blocks. Holding through the window is what counts. Splitting a bag across wallets changes nothing, because shares are pro rata by balance.

§7

Roots and claims

The attester follows every round. It computes the snapshot, builds cumulative leaves of the form (holder, total to date), publishes the full leaf file, and posts a root signed over the vault, the round, the root, the total and the seed. The vault accepts the root only if its total equals the round's holder amount.

The attester signs facts and never holds funds. Anyone can re-run a snapshot from public chain data with the open verifier script and compare the root.

claim(cumulativeAmount, proof, to)
verify leaf (holder, cumulativeAmount) against the current root
pay cumulativeAmount - claimed[holder] in USDG to `to`
`to` = the holder's wallet, or the deposit address of the holder's own route quote

Because leaves are cumulative, one claim collects every round since the last claim, and nothing expires.

§8

Payout routes

The vault holds USDG, and every route starts from it. Dry quotes for $100 of USDG on Robinhood Chain, measured 2026-09-27:

USDG
the same wallet on Robinhood Chain · route cost none · our fee none
Zcash (ZEC)
a shielded u1 / zs1 address · route cost ~0.33% · our fee 0.20%
USDCx (Aleo)
an Aleo address · route cost ~0.35% · our fee 0.20%
USAD (Aleo)
an Aleo address · route cost ~0.36% · our fee 0.20%
Monero (XMR)
added the day NEAR Intents lists it
  1. 01

    Quote

The holder's own session asks NEAR Intents for a quote to the destination address they entered.

  2. 02

    Deposit

The quote returns a deposit address, the amount out and a deadline.

  3. 03

    Claim

The holder signs claim() with `to` set to that deposit address; the vault sends the USDG there.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Solvers deliver ZEC to the shielded address, or private dollars to the Aleo address, usually within about a minute.

  5. 05

    Refund

If a quote expires unfilled, NEAR Intents refunds the USDG to the holder's wallet on Robinhood Chain.

Minimum claim on the Zcash and Aleo routes: $5 equivalent. USDG has no minimum. Route cost is set by the solvers and quoted live before every claim; the 0.20% route fee is the only fee Stealthpad adds, and $STEALTH tiers lower it to 0.10% or zero.

§9

What private means here

Private

  • Where the Zcash goes after it lands in a shielded address
  • Its balance and every later move on the Zcash side

Public

  • The Robinhood Chain wallet that held the coin
  • Its share of each round (the leaves are published)
  • The fact that it claimed, and the claim transaction

Not offered, on purpose

  • No batching, fixed amounts or delays built to hide who claimed. Stealthpad is fee sharing with a private landing, nothing more.
  • No custody of payouts: the holder's own session requests the quote, and the vault pays the deposit address it returns.
  • Destinations of Zcash and Aleo claims are never shown publicly, and are kept only as long as needed to track settlement.

§10

Launching a coin

  1. 01

    Details

Name, ticker, image and links. No wallet is needed to browse.

  2. 02

    Creator tax

Pick 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5%. The page shows what holders would receive at three daily volumes, so the choice is concrete.

  3. 03

    First buy

    Optional, in the same transaction.

  4. 04

    Sign once

The factory deploys the vault and launches the coin on Pons V2 with the vault as creator fee recipient.

  5. 05

    Live

The coin page shows the vault, its rounds and PAID TO HOLDERS from zero, with a share card for the launch.

Venue
Pons V2 bonding curve, then its pool after graduation
Launch fee
the Pons V2 launch fee (0.0005 ETH) and the network fee; Stealthpad adds none
Snipe window
the first 3 seconds are taxed at 99% (a Pons V2 setting)
Graduation
the curve completes at 4.2 ETH and liquidity moves to the pool
Launcher share
none; launchers are paid only as holders

§11

Keepers

A keeper is any wallet that runs a ready round. It receives 3% of that round in the same transaction. The keeper script is open in the repo, so rounds stay regular without anyone trusting a single server, including ours.

  • Keeper leaderboard: rounds run, tips collected, coins served
  • First Keeper badge for the first wallet to run a coin's round
  • Streaks for rounds run on consecutive days
  • Rounds-held badges for holders at 10, 50 and 100 rounds, read from chain data
  • Round receipts for every round, with milestone cards at $1k, $10k and $100k paid per coin

Badges are never tradeable and never a multiplier on anything paid.

§12

$STEALTH

$STEALTH launches first, through the StealthFactory on Pons V2, under the same rule as every coin: its 3% creator tax fills its own StealthVault, and 92% of each of its rounds goes to its holders.

  • A share of the whole board: 2.5% of every round on every Stealthpad coin flows into the $STEALTH vault.
  • Lower route fees: 0.10% or zero on Zcash and Aleo claims, by tier.
  • New payout routes open to the top tiers first, then to everyone.
Visitor · any
everything on the pad · route fee 0.20%
Holder · ≥ 0.05% of supply
route fee 0.10% · holder badge on the claim page
Keeper-plus · ≥ 0.2%
route fee 0% · first to use new routes
Core · ≥ 1%
route fee 0% · a signal vote on the next route (no admin keys)

Tier thresholds use the same time-weighted snapshot as rounds.

What $STEALTH may never do

  • Buy a larger share of any coin's rounds
  • Change the snapshot or its seed
  • Pause, upgrade or drain a vault
  • Mint more supply
  • Override a coin's creator tax
Total supply
1,000,000,000 $STEALTH
Distribution
100% on the Pons V2 bonding curve
Team allocation
none
Presale
none
Creator tax
3%, paid to the $STEALTH vault

§13

Why Pons V2 first

  • Awareness: every Stealthpad coin appears in the Pons V2 launch feed that Robinhood Chain traders already watch.
  • Exposure: the curve, the snipe window and graduation are familiar, so traders buy without learning a new venue.
  • A fair start: every coin launches under the same conditions, with a public graduation target.
  • Speed: the vault only has to be the creator fee recipient; the venue already exists.

Native Uniswap launches, with the vault as the pool's fee recipient and no curve, come later if launchers ask for them. The vault design does not change.

Pons V2's owner can queue a change of any coin's creator fee recipient, behind a 3-day timelock. A watcher alerts publicly on every queued change. Money already in a vault cannot be touched by it.

§15

Security and risks

  • No admin keys on vaults; the factory can only deploy
  • Fork tests against the live Pons V2 before mainnet: launch, fee accrual, sweep, round, claim, graduation
  • Invariant: a vault's USDG is never less than its unclaimed holder total
  • Reentrancy guards on claim and runRound
  • Minimum-out on every swap and a per-round swap cap
  • External audit before $STEALTH launches, and a bug bounty
  • Route addresses validated per chain before a quote

Risks

  • The Pons V2 owner timelock on creator fee recipients (see Why Pons V2 first).
  • After graduation some fee conversions depend on the Pons operator; the fork rehearsal proves the path before mainnet.
  • Route liquidity can dry up for a destination. Quotes are live, and USDG is always available.
  • Claims are traceable on Robinhood Chain. The privacy is in the landing, not the claim.
  • Robinhood Chain launch demand is thin without a campaign.
  • Smart contracts can have bugs despite audits and tests.

FAQ

Can the team take the money in a vault?

No. A StealthVault has no owner and no withdraw function. It can only pay a claim that matches a posted root, the round tip, and the two protocol addresses fixed when it was deployed.

What happens if your servers go down?

The money stays in the vaults. Rounds still run, because anyone can call them. New roots wait until the attester is back; Phase 2 adds a backup attester set.

Does claiming hide who I am?

No. Your Robinhood Chain wallet, your share and your claim are public. What is private is where the Zcash goes after it lands in a shielded address.

Why does the vault hold USDG?

Payouts stay stable between rounds and claims, and every route is reachable from USDG in one step.

Do launchers get a cut?

Only as holders of their own coin, under the same rule as everyone else.
