01 Why fee sharing keeps breaking
Five ways the money gets stuck.
The fees go to one wallet.
Creator tax is the biggest cash flow a new coin produces. On a standard launchpad all of it goes to the launcher, while holders carry the risk.
A server holds every key.
Fee-sharing launchpads changed who gets paid, not who holds the money. A keeper wallet holds the fees and derives every vault key from one secret.
The keeper stalls.
When that server stops, the fees pile up and nobody can move them. When it is compromised, every vault goes at once.
Payouts arrive as dust.
One asset, tiny amounts, behind a claim that needs a new wallet type. Most holders never claim anything.
Snapshots get sniped.
A snapshot taken at one slot pays whoever buys one block before it and sells one block after.

02 Follow one fee
From a trade to a shielded landing, in six steps.
Trade
Every buy and sell pays the creator tax.
The launcher picks 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5% when the coin is created. It is fixed forever and paid in ETH on every trade.
Vault
The tax lands in the coin's StealthVault.
The Pons V2 fee escrow credits the vault directly. The vault is a contract with no owner: nobody can withdraw, upgrade or pause it.
Round
Anyone runs a round.
Once the vault holds 0.02 ETH and an hour has passed, any wallet can press Run round. ETH swaps to USDG on-chain, then splits 92 / 3 / 5.
Snapshot
Twelve random blocks decide the shares.
The round's own block hash picks 12 blocks from the window since the last round. Your weight is your average balance across them.
Root
A signed root, and every leaf in public.
The attester posts a signed Merkle root and publishes the full leaf file. It signs facts. It never holds funds.
Claim
You choose where it lands.
Claim whenever you like, across every round at once: USDG to the same wallet, Zcash to a shielded address, or private dollars on Aleo.

01 · Trade
The vault can
- Pull the creator tax credited to it
- Swap ETH to USDG with a minimum-out
- Pay the tip and the two fixed protocol addresses
- Pay holder claims that match a posted root
The vault cannot
- Be upgraded, paused or migrated, by anyone
- Change its 92 / 3 / 5 split
- Change the coin's creator tax
- Send funds anywhere but a claim, the tip or the protocol
If the attester goes quiet, the money stays in the vault. Nothing is lost; rounds resume when a root is posted.

05 The snapshot
Hold through the window, or it barely counts.
A round looks back over the blocks since the last round and samples twelve of them, picked by the hash of the block the round ran in. Nobody can know in advance which blocks count, because they are already in the past.

Why it fails
Buy one block before a round, sell one after
Weight is the average over 12 random past blocks
Predict which blocks will be sampled
The seed is the round's own block hash; the blocks are already history
Split a bag across many wallets
Pro-rata by balance: splitting changes nothing
Run empty rounds for tips
The tip is 3% of the round; an empty round pays nothing
Sandwich the vault's swap
Minimum-out from a time-weighted price, and a per-round swap cap
Dust wallets farming a share
An eligibility floor of 100,000 tokens; smaller balances roll forward
06 Payout routes
One vault. Three landings.
The vault holds USDG, and every route starts from it. Route cost is set by NEAR Intents solvers and quoted live before every claim. The 0.20% is the only fee we add; USDG claims carry none.

Minimum claim on the Zcash and Aleo routes: $5 equivalent. USDG has no minimum.
Monero is added the day NEAR Intents lists it. Nothing else about the flow changes.
What private means here
Private
- Where the Zcash goes after it lands in a shielded address
- Its balance and every later move on the Zcash side
Public
- The Robinhood Chain wallet that held the coin
- Its share of each round (the leaves are published)
- The fact that it claimed, and the claim transaction
What we never do
- No batching, fixed amounts or delays built to hide who claimed. Stealthpad is fee sharing with a private landing, nothing more.
- No custody of payouts: your own session requests the quote, and the vault pays the deposit address it returns.
07 Keepers
Anyone can run the pad.
A round never waits for us. Any wallet can run a ready round and take 3% of it in the same transaction. A keeper script is open in the repo, so rounds stay regular without anyone trusting a single server.
- Keeper leaderboard: rounds run, tips collected, coins served
- First Keeper badge for the first wallet to run a coin's round
- Streaks for rounds run on consecutive days

09 $STEALTH
The pad's own coin, under the pad's own rule.
What holding it does
Its own vault
$STEALTH launches through the StealthFactory like every coin. Its 3% creator tax fills its own StealthVault, and 92% of each round goes to its holders.
A share of the whole board
2.5% of every round on every Stealthpad coin flows into the $STEALTH vault. Holding it is exposure to the board, not to one coin.
Lower route fees
Holders above a threshold pay 0.10% or nothing on Zcash and Aleo claims.
First to use new routes
New payout routes open to top tiers first, then to everyone.
- Buy a larger share of any coin's rounds
- Change the snapshot or its seed
- Pause, upgrade or drain a vault
- Mint more supply
- Override a coin's creator tax

Why Pons V2 first
Investor note- 01
Awareness. Every Stealthpad coin appears in the Pons V2 launch feed that Robinhood Chain traders already watch.
- 02
Exposure. The curve, the snipe window and graduation are familiar, so traders buy without learning a new venue.
- 03
A fair start. Every coin launches under the same conditions, with a public graduation target.
- 04
Speed. The vault only has to be the creator fee recipient. The venue already exists.
Native Uniswap launches (the vault as the pool's fee recipient, no curve) come later, if launchers ask for them. The vault design does not change.

12 Decisions
What we chose, and why.
Decision
Why
01The vault is a contract with no owner
No keeper can stall it or take it. Trust moves to code anyone can read.
02The launcher picks the creator tax, 1–5%, fixed at launch
Launchers choose their trade-off; holders know it forever.
03Split 92 holders / 3 keeper / 5 protocol
Holders get almost everything; rounds pay whoever runs them.
04Protocol 5% = 2.5% $STEALTH vault + 2.5% treasury
The token shares in the pad; operations stay funded.
05The vault holds USDG, not ETH
Stable payouts, and every route is reachable from USDG.
06Snapshot = average over 12 random past blocks
Rewards holding time and removes snapshot sniping.
07You request the route quote; the vault pays its deposit address
No custody of payouts, and no destination chosen by us.
08No launch fee in Phase 1
More launches, more rounds, more receipts.
09$STEALTH launches first, on Pons V2
Awareness and exposure first; native Uniswap later if needed.
10Nothing that hides who claimed
A private landing, not hidden claims.
What we watch
- Coins launched, and coins with at least one round
- Creator tax routed to vaults, per day
- Paid to holders, total and per day
- Claims per day, and the share of payouts claimed
- Route mix: USDG vs Zcash vs Aleo
- Independent keepers and the median delay before a round runs
What we ignore on purpose
- Follower counts
- Holder counts on coins that never pay out
- Volume that never reaches a vault
01Head start
Fee sharing with a shielded Zcash landing, on Robinhood Chain, from the first coin.
02Network effects
Every coin adds to the $STEALTH vault, every receipt shows the pad working, every keeper makes rounds more regular.
03Data
A public, checkable ledger of payouts per coin and per round, which a copy starts from zero.
04Switching costs
A coin's vault is permanent: its creator tax pays its holders for the life of the coin.
05Brand
"Nobody holds the keys" is a claim anyone can check on the explorer.
06Technical
Ownerless vaults, random time-weighted snapshots and holder-requested routes, together.
Why a copy is hard
- Copying the contracts is easy; copying the trust is not. A copy starts with no rounds, no receipts and no keepers.
- A copy that keeps a keeper wallet keeps the weakness this design removes.
- A copy that removes it becomes Stealthpad, one board and one paid-to-holders total behind.
13 Honest take
What is strong, and what could go wrong.
Strengths
- The vault has no keys to steal, so a server breach cannot empty it
- Rounds do not depend on us: anyone can run them, for a tip
- Payouts land where the holder wants, including a shielded address
- The snapshot rewards holding time instead of timing
- $STEALTH follows the same rule it sells
Risks, and what we do about them
- 01Pons V2's owner can queue a change of any coin's creator fee recipient (3-day timelock). A watcher alerts on every queued change; money already in a vault cannot be touched by it.
- 02After graduation some fee conversions depend on the Pons operator. The fork rehearsal proves the path before mainnet.
- 03Route liquidity can dry up for a destination. Quotes are live, and USDG is always available.
- 04Claims are traceable on Robinhood Chain. The privacy is in the landing, not the claim.
- 05Robinhood Chain launch demand is thin without a campaign.
- 06Smart contracts can have bugs. Audit, invariants, fork tests, a bounty, and no admin keys.
Questions
The ones everyone asks first.
Can the team take the money in a vault?+
No. A StealthVault has no owner and no withdraw function. It can only pay a claim that matches a posted root, the round tip, and the two protocol addresses fixed when it was deployed.
What happens if your servers go down?+
The money stays in the vaults. Rounds still run, because anyone can call them. New roots wait until the attester is back; Phase 2 adds a backup attester set.
Does claiming hide who I am?+
No, and we will not claim it does. Your Robinhood Chain wallet, your share and your claim are public. What is private is where the Zcash goes after it lands in a shielded address.
Why does the vault hold USDG?+
Payouts stay stable between rounds and claims, and every route (Zcash, Aleo dollars, USDG) is reachable from USDG in one step.
Do launchers get a cut?+
Only as holders of their own coin, under the same rule as everyone else. There is no launcher share of the creator tax.

The vault
The vault has no keys. Not ours, not the dev's. Just a claim button for everyone holding.
Launch a coin whose fees belong to the people holding it. Pre-launch: $STEALTH goes first, then the pad opens.
